7.3.4.2 Assembly of brake master cylinder
●
When the spring - 1 - is installed, the small diameter
end shall face the master cylinder piston.
●
Install the master cylinder thruster of the brake - 2 -.
●
Clip the new E - shaped check ring - 1 - into the
ring slot of the master cylinder thruster.
●
Install the master cylinder dust cover - 2 -.
In addition to the reverse installation according to
the disassembly order, note the following.
1. Installation

Brake master cylinder - 1 -
●
Master cylinder fixed seat - 2 -
Caution:
●
Install the fixed seat with "UP" mark facing up.
●
Tighten the upper bolt of the fixed seat first, and
then the lower bolt.
2. Release the air
Caution:
●
Mirror symmetry of the main pumps of Y1S front
and rear brakes.
●
Same calipers of Y1S front and rear brakes.
