Setting 16: Frequency Detection 4
Output closes whenever the output frequency is equal to or above the detection level set in
L4-03. The output opens when the output frequency falls below L4-03 minus the hysteresis
set in L4-04. As the detection level L4-03 is a signed value, the detection works in the
specified direction only.
