4.5.2 Rinse and Antiseptic Settings
1. Select the Settings Tab.
2. The Rinse & Antiseptic Clean Settings are located below the Pump Settings.
3. Enter the desired cleaning settings for each of the following:
a.
Antiseptic: Turn on if 70% EtOH (or 70% IPA) should be run through the manifold during the
cleaning cycle.
b.
Rinse: Turn on if DI or purified water should be run through the manifold during the cleaning cycle.
4. Prime Antiseptic:
a. Turn on to prime the antiseptic line when the antiseptic bottle tubing is first connected to the
manifold.
b. Turn off once all air is purged from the tubing and antiseptic solution has reached the monitor
sample cup.
5. Prime Rinse:
a. Turn on to prime the rinse line when the rinse bottle tubing is first connected to the manifold.
