9. To export the audit trail, insert a USB drive into the USB port located on the right side of the display.
10. Select Export PDF. Follow the message prompts to export the data to the USB drive. The data can be
sent electronically to Technical Support.
Ensure that the archiving preferences are set for the Audit Trail. The Audit Trail records all actions the
Multi-Channel Online Monitor performs. Thus it is important to have older entries removed on a
consistent basis to ensure that system performance will not be impeded. Refer to Section 3.7 Configuring
the Audit Trail for details.
4.14.3 Alerts Display
The Alerts tab logs and displays a list of pop-up and warning messages that have occurred since the last archive
event. This function provides a means to quickly find Multi-Channel Online Monitor System error and warning
messages.
1. Select the Support icon.
2. Select the Alerts tab. The Message window will appear displaying the first page of messages.
3. Enter the number of lines to be displayed and press the Set button.
4. Search the message log by using the navigation buttons in the top left hand corner or select a specific page
from the dropdown menu.
