• Select Shut Down to power off the system. Wait approximately 20 seconds and the power button’s green light
will turn off. The power button is located on the front panel of the system.

Select Restart to reboot the Multi-Channel Online Monitor System. The green power light will turn off
momentarily and reilluminate. The restart process could take up to 60 seconds.
•
Select Logout to logout of the software. The Multi-Channel Online Monitor System will remain on.
•
Select Cancel to return to the previous screen. This can also be done by clicking the X in the top right corner of
the popup window.
4.13 Remotely Accessing
The web-based software allows the user to easily access and monitor the user’s account and system activities.
1. Open the web browser on your PC.
2. Type the IP address of the Multi-Channel Online Monitor (as displayed in the Admin>Network tab), into
your web browser’s address bar and press the Enter key. Refer to Section 3.4 Setting up the Network IP
Address for programming the Network settings.
3. The Multi-Channel Online Monitor login screen will be displayed on your PC.
4. Login into the Multi-Channel Online Monitor account to use the various features and monitor the Multi-
Channel Online Monitor activities.
4.14 Support
The Support icon window contains various technical support features allowing the user quick and easy access to vital help
information and data.
4.14.1 Support Icon
1. Select the Support icon. The Support window will appear. The Support window provides two functions.
• Provides the serial number and software version.
• Downloads the configuration files to a USB drive. These files are used to assist Technical Support in
diagnosing and troubleshooting the Multi-Channel Online Monitor.
Use either Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer v.8 (or later). Previous
versions of Internet Explorer will not allow the user to login to the application.
