4.6.4 Starting the Monitor System
The user may start the sampling functions for all vessels simultaneously or each vessel individually.
1. From the Multi-Channel Online Monitor screen, select the Home tab.
2. Select the vessels that will be sampled (Example: V1, V2). The vessel tile color will be highlighted by a
black border.
3. Select Start.
4. The vessel tile color will change to green. The green color signals that the sampling cycle has been
successfully activated.
• Each color signifies a particular step in the cycle. Green signifies that the vessel’s sampling cycle is in
progress.
• Yellow shows that the vessel is activated and standing by for sampling.
• Red means that the vessel sampling cycle is being stopped or interrupted.
• Blue shows that the vessel is idle.
