This chapter provides an overview of the required work. The specific steps can be taken from the
previous identical chapters.
A Fasten the pillars to the floor with segment anchors (seeFastening the pillars to the floor (with
segment anchors) on page 56). The required drilling templates are described below (seeCutter with
BHS150 feeder + stacker, feeder + CE on page 85).
B Align the pillars vertically (seeAligning the pillars vertically on page 73).
C Connecting the light barrier transmitter and receiver (seeConnecting the light barrier transmitter and
receiver on page 87).
D Aligning the light curtain (analogous toAligning the light curtain on page 74).
E If there is a CE at the front, fit the rear access guard at the front (analogous toMounting the
rear access guard on page 53).
11.1 Cutter with BHS150 feeder + stacker, feeder + CE
The drilling templates are included in the delivery scope. These are used to mark the drill holes on the
feet of the cutter.
The number and labeling indicate the cutter size and side to which the drilling template applies.
The printed line that goes all the way through facilitates the right-angled alignment to the cutter covers
and the longitudinal pipe of the cutter extension.
