5.2 Troubleshooting
This section describes the most common troubleshooting solutions for the Pannoramic 250 product.
If any problem arises that does not have solution in this manual, contact the service personnel.
The product does not start
Power supply is interrupted
1. Check the main power supply switch and the side switch, and the connector plug
(see section 1.1.4 Main parts of the Base Unit).
2. Check cable connections.
Control software has stopped
Magazine jammed
1. Exit control software.
2. Switch off control computer and the power supply, disconnect power supply cable
(see section 1.1.4 Main parts of the Base Unit).
3. Remove protective covers (see section 5.3.1 Opening the protective cover).
4. Remove magazine manually (see section 5.3.6 Removing a Magazine from the
Transporting System). If a jammed magazine cannot be removed, contact service
personnel.
5. Reattach protective covers.
6. Reconnect power supply cable of the base unit and the control computer to line
power supply.
7. Switch on the power supply of the Pannoramic 250 (see section 1.1.4 Main parts of
the Base Unit).
8. Switch on the control computer.
9. Launch control software.
Illumination error! Probably there is a problem with the Xenon FLASH lamp. Please, turn off the
scanner.
