ARS_NO_HW_SUPRT Board doesn’t support this function.
ARS_BOARD_MUTEX Failed to acquire/release the board lock.
ARS_NORMAL Successful completion.
board (input) board number.
channel (input) receive-channel number.
Filter (output) address to receive filter buffer. Buffer must
be at least 8K bytes long.
