403A Bead Missing Error Analyzer did not detect all rotor chemistry
beads. Rerun with new rotor.
403B Distribution Error Reagent beads did not dissolve properly.
Rerun with new rotor.
403C Photometer Error Analyzer may need service. Contact Abaxis
Technical Service.
403D Sample Mix Error Sample did not mix with reagents
sufficiently. Rerun with new rotor.
403E Dilution Error Insufficient rotor reagents to complete run.
Rerun with new rotor.
403F Photometer Error Analyzer may need service. Contact Abaxis
Technical Service.
4031 Photometer Error Analyzer’s photometer detected brighter
than normal flash. If symptom persists,
contact Abaxis Technical Service.
4037 Insufficient Sample The rotor has not received enough sample to
function properly. Rerun with new rotor.
4038 Sample Distribution Error Sample did not reach chemistries. Rerun
with new rotor.
4039 Diluent Absorbance Error Background absorbance too high. Contact
Abaxis Technical Service.
404D Flash Lamp Noise Error During one of the system checks, the
analyzer attempted to compute an
absorbance from a cluster of flashes that
were too variable. If symptom persists,
contact Technical Service.
