during run. Accuracy of certain chemistries
may be affected. Rerun with new rotor.
4043 Sample Blank Bead Error Sample blank bead appears turbid, possibly
due to sample quality. Confirm sample
integrity and rerun with new rotor.
4044 iQC Bead Mix Error Analyzer cannot determine exposure status
if iQC beads do not mix correctly. Rerun
with new rotor.
4045 RQC Error Reagent QC beads recovered below limit.
Rotor may have been stored incorrectly.
Rerun with new rotor.
4051 Flash Lamp Level Error Analyzer checked lamp (to make sure it
flashes when optical cuvette is sampled) but
detectors did not recognize lamp flashes. If
symptom persists, contact Abaxis Technical
Service.
4053 Engine Reset Error Analyzer component restarted unexpectedly.
