Last speed Drive generates a warning (A7C1 FBA A communication) and
freezes the speed to the level the drive was operating at. This
only occurs if control is expected from the fieldbus.
The speed is determined on the basis of actual speed using
850 ms low-pass filtering.

operation in case of a communication break.

sets the speed to the value defined by parameter 22.41
