Special installation tools
In addition to standard installation tools, you need these tools:
• Torx drivers (T20, T25)
• Philips screwdrivers (PZ1, PZ2)
• Cable and wire strippers
• Crimping tool and cable lugs
• Multimeter
First cover
The electrical installation procedures can require you to remove the first cover.
WARNING! Prevent the heavy cover from falling when you loosen the captive
screws.
WARNING! When you open the first cover, make sure that water does not go
into the inverter.
To remove the first cover:
1. Loosen the 4 captive screws (T25).
2. Hold the heavy cover firmly and pull
it towards you.
To attach the first cover:
1. Align the first cover with the unit.
2. Push the cover into place.
3. Tighten the 4 captive screws (T25) to
4N·m.
