12.4.1.2 LEMO HPL/MIN (for devices with SN from AN-04000)
The LEMO HPL/MIN is a patient cable with an integral Masimo MSLP-1 Board contained
in an enclosure that connects to Masimo Pulse Oximetry sensors and provides
functional oxygen saturation (SpO
2
), pulse rate (PR), perfusion index (PI),
Plethysmograph Waveforms, and other information through a serial digital interface.
The LEMO HPL/MIN contains a 9-pin (DB9) LNCS-compatible sensor connector with
latch at the sensor end, and a 7-pin LEMO connector at the opposite end so that it is
compatible with the 7-pin LEMO device port on the rear panel of the fabian ventilator.
The total length of the LEMO HPL/MIN, patient cable, and sensor cannot exceed 5
meters.
