 30.01 Maximum frequency
 Range: 0.00 ~ 400.0 Hz in 0.01 Hz (Sensorless Vector: 0.00 ~ 300.00Hz)
 Initial value: 60.00 Hz
Define the maximum allowed frequency
If Frequency command is analog input, Max freq must also be set to '11.09' , '11.17'.
