Maintenance of a Pump Head with Seal Wash

Using the plastic side of the insert tool insert the new
seals into the pump head and press them firmly in
position.
6 Using the steel side of the insert tool remove the seal
wash gasket and the wash seal from the support ring.
The removed seal will be damaged and cannot be
re-used!
7 Using the plastic side of the insert tool press the new
wash seal (spring pointing upwards) into the recess of
the support ring.
8 Place a seal wash gasket in the recess of the support
ring. Put the seal holder on top of the gasket.
