6 Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
Pump Leak Rate Test
• Outlet valve not properly assembled
• Retighten the outlet valve
• Check the position of the gold seal
• Leaky piston seals and/or position-dependent leaks on the piston
• Remove the SW tubes from the support ring and check for leaks
• Replace the piston seals and clean the pistons
• Ensure that seals are lubricated when pushed in
• Use abrasive mesh >5000 grit
