8Maintenance
Install the Pump Head Assembly (G7120A)
3 Connect the degassing unit outlet to the inlet of the pri-
mary pump head.
4 Connect the outlet of the secondary pump head to the
inlet of the purge valve.
Channel A (left pump head assembly) is connected to port
4, channel B (right pump head assembly) to port 1 of the
purge valve.
5 Reinstall the seal wash tubes. 6 Open the shutoff valves.
7 Close the doors. 8 Perform a Pump Leak Rate Test.
