Installing a Multicell-transport-based Sampling System
3 Connect the dissolution probes to the flow cells—connect the 2.0 m tubing,
see Figure 7, with the long cell fitting to the inlet (marked with
↓ ) of the
flow cell. Then, connect the fitting to the union attached to the dissolution
probe.
4 Connect the 2.0 m tubing with the colored heat-shrunk sheath at one end to
a union.
5 Connect the union to a conical adapter.
6 Insert a conical adapter into the pump tubing on the outlet side of the
pump.
7 Insert the open ends of the tubing into the vessels.
8 Bundle your tubing together with the spiral tubing wrap to keep it from
kinking.
