The instrument is a dual channel cabinet (one or two GC channels). Two cabinets can be
connected to form a quad channel system (up to four GC channels). A GC channel contains a gas
regulator, an injector, a column, and a TCD detector. See Figure 25 on page 62.
This chapter provides a brief discussion on the major components in the Micro GC and the
backflush option.
