offset values for TSector, TSlot, and TFrame. For additional

Transmit Pwr Ctrl
Press this softkey to set the number of 1 dB steps that the transmit
power control (TPC) field of the DTCH channel is first incremented and
then decremented. To enter the TPC value, rotate the front-panel knob
until the desired value is displayed, use the up and down arrow keys, or
enter the value using the numeric keypad and press the
Enter
terminator softkey.
