numbered values are allowed.

Execute this command to set the short code for channel 1. The range of values allowed
depends on the symbol rate, as shown in Table 5-3.
If the symbol rate is changed to a new value, and the short code value does not fall into the
allowed short code range for the new symbol rate value, the short code value is
automatically set to the maximum short code value that corresponds to the new rate.
