Tips:
A.
Flow meter calibration requires the addition of pesticides to ensure accurate calibration.
B.
Before the flow meter is calibrated, make sure that the nozzle model set in the APP is the
same as the nozzle model actually installed.
C.
If the pesticides remains, please check whether the pipeline is faulty and perform calibration.

·
Function of liquid level gauge
The liquid level meter can realize the functions of continuous operation without
pressure relief, residual liquid level detection, real-time dynamic calibration of flow
meter, etc.
A. Turn on the "remaining pesticide alarm switch" in the drone setting interface, and
then the alarm will be given when the pesticide liquid in the fuselage pipeline is full,
and the pesticide liquid in the pipeline will be reserved, so as to realize the function
of no pressure relief when adding pesticide again.
B. In the drone setting interface, turn off the "remaining pesticide alarm switch", and
the drone will stop the charge alarm after spraying the liquid pesticide completely,
but the liquid level data information will still be displayed.
C. The liquid level meter can only recognize the liquid level of 0-4 liters, that is, if it is
greater than 4 liters, it will display more than 4L. It will not change in real time until it
is less than 4L.
5.17.3. Flow meter flight calibration
Spray flight calibration process: spray exhaust-add more than 5 liters of
pesticides-enter the amount of pesticides-click "start calibration"-select the plot-edit
routes-set operating parameters-route operations-spray Finished and landed-confirm
if there is any pesticides residue-no residue-the calibration was successful.
5.18. Pump calibration
When replacing the pump or pipeline, the pump's health value is too low, the flow
difference between nozzles is large, the flow is inaccurate, and the amount/mu is
inaccurate. You need to perform a pump calibration to improve the consistency and
spray accuracy of each pump.
