14.2. 16. Pesticide Safety Instructions
1.
Check whether the dispensing tools are complete (measuring cups, buckets, mother liquid
buckets, stirring rods, rubber gloves, goggles, gas masks, etc.).
2.
Strictly follow the dispensing order: foliar fertilizer-wettable powder (not recommended for
plant protection drones)-water dispersible granule-suspension agent-microemulsion-water
emulsion-water agent-cream.
3.
Dispensing strictly according to the second dilution method: a. Following the "dispensing
order", first diluting each drug individually into a mother liquor: b. After collecting the mother
liquors of each drug, add water for secondary dilution to the required drug Total volume
4.
Check the drug information (such as the amount of mu, three certificates, etc.) before
dispensing, and strictly follow the instructions of the drug (dispensing formula: total original drug
amount = mu original pesticide amount X mu; total spray amount = mu spraying amount X mu)
number).
Note: Dispensers are standing on the upwind, wearing rubber gloves and gas masks (make good
protective measures).
5.
It is forbidden to mix pesticides. Plant growth regulators and herbicides use special dispensing
tools and pesticide tank. After the pesticide is dispensed, the pesticide bags shall be processed in
a centralized manner. Do not place them by the river to pollute water sources.
6.
After the drug is formulated, the principle of "ready-to-use" should be followed. If it is released
for a long time, the drug will easily precipitate and affect the drug effect.
7.
When handling pesticides, the safety instructions provided by the pesticide manufacturer
should be followed.
14.3. 17. List of dangers and hazards and
countermeasures
Harm of
pesticides
1. Harm to the environment (polluting the environment)
2. Harm to the human body
Danger
1. A large amount of pesticides enter the body through the mouth, respiratory tract
or contact, causing acute poisoning.
2. In the process of spraying pesticides, it enters the human body through the
respiratory tract and skin penetration.
3. Long-term exposure to pesticide residues will cause pesticides to accumulate in
the body and pose a threat to human health.
4. Some pesticides are corrosive, and direct contact with the skin should be avoided
as much as possible.
5. The edges of the propeller are sharp. Even when it is stationary, it should be
