after viewing the employees settings Click [No] button return to the [Copy Function and
Privilege] window, click [Yes] button pops up the confirmation dialog box：
Click [Yes] button to confirm and start copying the employee privilege click [No] button to
cancel this operation.
After copy is finished pops up prompt information window
Click [OK] button to confirm the completion
5.3.10 Download user
Download user refers to download the user information and template information which was
saved in the attendance machine to local computer for backup
Click [Download User] button pops up confirmation dialog box:
While downloading user firstly backup users data then backup Fingerprint information . after
download is finished, you can see all the user information in the list of users. Also you can
know the registration information in the device, Such as Password fingerprint etc.
5.3.11 Download user
Download template refers to download the user fingerprint information that was saved in the
attendance machine to local computer for backup. You need to select the user who is going to
download template from the list of users, click [Download Template] button pops up
