Points to Note for Installation
1. Removing packing materials
Remove all product packing materials including plastic bags, drying agents, and tape.
2. Adjusting with the adjusters
At the installation location of the product, turn the adjusters so that the product is installed
horizontally.
3. Grounding
Grounding aims to prevent electric shocks that may result when the insulation has deteriorated.
When installing the product, be sure to perform grounding work. If a grounding wire is not
available at the product installation location, consult with your dealer.
* The power cable of this product is equipped with a ground terminal-fitted 3-prong plug. If a
grounded outlet is available for the product, grounding work is not needed.
* If intending to use the product at a location subject to moisture and humidity out of need,
attaching an earth leakage circuit breaker to the power supply route (power source side of the
product) is recommended. Consult with your dealer when undergoing this work.
4. Connecting the power source
After grounding as described in item 3 above, connect the power cable to the outlet.
* Use a power source with the rated voltage for this product. If the power supply exceeds the
rating, malfunction will occur.
5. Connecting gas
Connect the provided gas hoses to the gas supply ports on the rear of the product, to supply
CO
2
and N
2
gas.
When connecting the gas hoses, be careful not to mistake the specified gas types.
Set the supply pressure of each gas so that it will fall within 0.05 MPa ±0.01 MPa. If the setting
is inappropriate, gas control may not be performed properly.
