Warranty Information
The period of the product warranty by ASTEC is two years after delivery.
If a defect attributed to ASTEC occurs during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or
components will be replaced without any charge.
Note that the warranty will not be applied in the cases below and will not apply to any damage
attributed to factors other than those described in this instruction manual:
Defects or damage caused by factors such as fire, natural disaster, or abnormal
voltage
The product has been repaired, adjusted, or modified in a manner not specified.
Defects or damage caused by mishandling
Defects caused by factors other than this product
Replacement or repair of consumables
The warranty card is not presented.
The warranty card has not been filled in as required.
For after-sales service, contact your dealer.
If any required information is unclear or unknown, contact ASTEC or your dealer.
Please read the warranty card carefully.
The warranty card will not be reissued. Keep the card in a safe place.
* If the warranty card is not presented, a fee for repair will be charged even when in the charge-free
warranty period.
Perform maintenance work on the PC (personal computer) to be used.
This product is to be controlled through a PC. The product is presumed to be
continuously used, due to its characteristics. Restart the PC once a month at least, so
that the PC will keep working properly and the frequency of failure occurrence will be
minimized.
* While the PC is being restarted, temperature control and gas flow are still performed
if the power to the product is not turned Off.
