PC Operations - Z-slice Setting
2-14-4 Z-slice Setting (Focal Planes)
Make settings for z-axis slices for image capture.
Distance between Focal Planes: Set an inter-slice distance. Select from the pull-down menu.
Focal Plane Range: Set the width of the entire portion to be sliced. Select from the pull-down
menu.
Number of Pictures: The number of images to be captured is automatically calculated based on
the settings in and and is displayed.
OK: Confirms the settings and restores the Main window.
CANCEL: Restores the Main window without confirming the settings.
