Points to Note for Cleaning
This product was manufactured and stored with extreme care. Nevertheless, the incubation
chambers are expected to be cleaned before the using the product, and the chambers are expected
to be periodically cleaned after the start of use.
Before starting cleaning work, wipe off dirt and dust in the installation area, so that work will be
performed in a clean environment.
If cleaning is insufficient, contamination by bacteria and fungi is highly likely to occur
and cultivation can be adversely affected.
How to clean and cleanse
1. The person who performs cleaning works must wear clean work clothes.
After washing their hands carefully, the person must wear rubber gloves and a medical mask.
2. Spray disinfection solution "00DIH-1000 (1000 ml)" or "00DIH-500 (500 ml)" to the inside of the
incubation chambers and the rear of the small lids and leave for 15 minutes. Then wipe off with
a lint-free cloth such as sterile gauze or non-woven fabric.
3. Spray disinfection solution "00DIH-1000 (1000 ml)" or "00DIH-500 (500 ml)" to the dish holders
and leave for 5 minutes. Then wipe off with a lint-free cloth such as sterile gauze or non-woven
fabric.
4. For the exterior of the product, spray disinfection solution "00DIH-1000 (1000 ml)" or
"00DIH-500 (500 ml)" or moisten a cloth such as sterile gauze or non-woven fabric with the
disinfection solution before wiping off.
Note: Do not use cleaning solution other than the specified disinfection solution.
Depending on the combination of the used cleaning solution, poisonous gas may
be generated.
