• Set the cantilever holder on its handles
with the cantilever facing up so that you
do not crush the cantilever.

Locate your cantilever holder:
• Identify the appropriate cantilever
holder. This tutorial requires the
standard Gas cantilever holder, Asylum
Part# 901.758.

Prepare cantilever mounting workspace:
• You will need the following items:
a) Tweezer, curved (Asylum Part
#290.102)
b) 300 Philips Screwdriver (Asylum Part
#290.106)
c) Box of AC160TS cantilevers
d) Gas cantilever holder
• A low power binocular dissection
stereoscope with light source can be
useful for some of the following steps.
• Cleaning the tweezer tips with alcohol
improves the handling of the cantilevers.
