5.4 Getting Acquainted with the Web Interface
The figure below displays the general layout of the interface of the Embedded Web Server.
The Embedded Web Server features the following components:
îš„ Title bar: contains three configurable elements: corporate logo, a background image,
and the product's name. For information on how to modify these elements, refer to
'Customizing the Web Interface' on page 65.
îš„ Main menu bar: contains the main menus (refer to 'Main Menu Bar' on page 62).
îš„ Submenu bar: contains submenus pertaining to the selected main menu (from the
Main menu bar). Each submenu provides a list of drop-down options that access
configuration screens.
îš„ Main action frame: main area of the Embedded Web Server in which configuration
screens are displayed.
îš„ Home icon: opens the Home page screen used mainly for monitoring the gateway
(refer to 'Using the Home Page' on page 260).
îš„ Corporate logo: AudioCodes' corporate logo. For information on how to remove this
logo, refer to 'Customizing the Web Interface' on page 65.
îš„ Search engine: used for searching ini file parameters that have corresponding
Embedded Web Server parameters (refer to 'Searching for Configuration Parameters'
on page 63).
îš„ Control Protocol: the gateway's control protocol (i.e., SIP).
