Minimum distances to respect when installing the Heat Pump
(mm).
Always make sure the heat exchanger  ns are
protected when moving the appliance
The Heat Pump must be handled with care and not be
subjected to any impacts, especially when being placed on the
ground.
The Heat Pump must be installed on a hard
and stable base which is su ciently raised
from ground level to avoid any risk of damage in
case of  ooding or snow.
The Heat Pump must only be installed
outdoors.
• It is forbidden to install the appliance in enclosed,
unventilated premises.
• Do not restrict or block air intake or rejection to
the fan. No object should impede the  ow of air
over the heat exchanger. The Heat Pump should
be placed out of the way of prevailing winds.
• Do not install the Heat Pump near sources
of excessive heat, combustible materials or
ventilation points on adjacent buildings.
• Do not install the Heat Pump near kitchen or
workshop outlet ducts as this could result in
a mixture of oil and air settling on the heat
exchanger  ns and hampering its performance.
• Do not install the Heat Pump in areas where
in ammable gases or acid or alkaline substances
are present as this could irrevocably damage the
copper / aluminium heat exchanger.
• Avoid installing the Heat Pump in a location
subject to noise reverberation or near to windows
and corners of buildings.
• As the condensates drain trough slopes
downwards, the Heat Pump must be on a level
base.
The Heat Pump must be easily accessible to
faciliate inspections and maintenance.
