Phone Information - Details screen
The Phone Information — Details screen displays the Primary user, Primary domain, MAC
address, and IP address of the IP Deskphone. The contents of this screen include user and
IP Deskphone identifiable information that may need to be protected (per US Federal/DoD
requirements/guidelines).
Note:
To hide information that is protected, the administrator can disable the Details context-
sensitive soft key on the main Phone Information screen.
If the Details context-sensitive soft key is disabled, you cannot view details on the Phone
Information - Details screen.
If the Details context-sensitive soft key is enabled, you can view the Phone Information -
Details screen. In the Services menu, select Phone Information and then press the Details
context-sensitive soft key.
The following figure shows an example of the Phone Information - Details screen

The Phone Information - Details screen displays the following information:
• Primary User: Primary logged-in User name.
• Primary Domain: Primary login domain.
• MAC: Device MAC address.
