Exposure settings (Multi beam)
By choosing C all frequencies and beam delays are displayed on the screen for a
shuffle pattern that is used during exposure. These parameters are dependent from the
number of beams, resolution, shrx, shry, ... This parameter list is used to change the
frequencies and delays during alignment of the optics with the test jobs. The C values
also include the corrections found during optics calibration:
