Frequencies
PAR94 is actual the value out of the freq&del table.
Reference for the frequencies is the Pin number on position 0.
For each beam alignment there are 2 squares:
first square with combination P0Px
second square with combination PxP0
The position of Pxx is correct when the densities of both squares
are the same. Take into account that 9 frequency steps correspond to
approximately 1 um for a basic resolution of 4000 ppi and F20.
