Delays
Reference for the delays is the Pin number on position 0.
For each beam alignment there are 2 squares:
first square with combination P0Px
second square with combination PxP0
The position of Pxx is correct when the densities of both squares
are the same. Take into account that 1 delay step is approximately
0.6 µm.
The corrections on frequency and delay settings have to be adapted
in the parameter list in "option C" and stored.
Remark :
Check for single lines in the delay testjobs.
Single lines may NOT be present !!!
PAR94 is actual the value out of the freq&del table.
