► Check Drum vacuum sensor
‼ Perform zero adjustment on vacuum sensor
‼ if necessary replace vacuum sensor.
► White solid state relais
Error : Vacuum remains low / Awaiting high vacuum
At the end of the loading cycles high vacuum is not reached
► Film fell back into cassette caused by stickey suctionscaps.
‼ Clean suctioncaps with talcum powder.
► Correct relaxation position ?
‼ Check parameter “Drum vac release offst from ldpt ”
► Take over cylinder clean?
► Correct loading value? Must be at least 60mbar.
► Check parameters “Frnt rol pos after flm rel (0=off):” and “Back rol pos after
flm rel (0=off):” .
► Clean drumsurface(specially spoiler) with aceton.
► Films should be flat not curly.
► Sticky films should be separated. During loading films can be separated by
using parameter 56 of the filmfeed parameters.
► Cleaning drumholes and vacuumslits
► Play on filmfeederbridge
► Filmholder is not going away from films during LTL command ‘8 sfdrel’
► Position of the suctioncaps. Filmedge may not be obstructed by outer
suctioncaps during loading.
‼ Reposition suctioncaps
► Screw underneath granit may not rest on cooling system when granit is down.
‼ Lift three M16 bolt so granit is a bit higher in his down position.
► Room temperature(21C) & humidity(50%)
► No parts may touch side panels during operating
► Distance between pump and plotter is max 15 meter
‼ Keep distance between plotter and pump as short as possible
