Error : Stepmotor remains against belt
Stepmotor did not return to his home position
Stepmotor detector still correct adjusted ?
Stepmotor detector still working ? (Cable connections)
Detecting the stepper in his home position should give a short circuit
between the 2 wires of that reed switch. You can check this with an
ohm meter or in LTL by typing 1 FEEDET .. It should display zero
as the result.
Feeder board ! Detections are arriving on feeder board.
Does the stepper cylinder has enough pressure to move ?
Stepmotor valve stepmotor cylinder.
Error : Drum speed up failure.
Machine doesnt detect a drumspeed.
When drum is not spinning
Thermic motor fuse. If present !
Micromaster
MM440
If the acceleration of the frequency is too fast the MicroMaster goes into a
protective mode for a while and then continues. The output frequency is
reduced until the current falls below its limit. During this process the
display flashes as warning. Increase the time for acceleration to avoid
this phenomenon. Parameter 1120.
MM750
If the acceleration of the frequency is too fast the MicroMaster goes into a
protective mode. The display can show error F002(over current). Increase
the time for acceleration to avoid this phenomenon. Parameter 2. Also be
sure parameter 18 is activated . (Parameter18=1 ; automatic restart after
fault)
Motor current limit
Parameter 86 = 150 (motor current limit %)
If necessary replace MM or motor.
When drum is still spinning
Is the drumspeed correct in LTL ? (LTL>rpks .)
Check the encoder signals. Can be caused by
RSFencoder,cables,connections, maccon.
Real drumspeed and plotterparameter 18 matching ?
