11.1.5 AcquisitionMode
Sets the acquisition mode of the device. It defines mainly the number of frames to capture dur-
ing an acquisition and the way the acquisition stops.

Values Continuous Without external events, image acquisition continues until stop by
command AcquisitionStop.
MultiFrame In this mode a predefined number of frames will be captured after
AcquisitionStart. The AcquisitionFrameCount controls the number
of captured frames. Next acquisition stops automatically.
Single-
Frame
In this mode the camera will acquire another image after Acquisi-
tionStart. Next acquisition stops.
11.1.6 AcquisitionStart
Once image acquisition has started, the camera processes the images in three steps:
1. Determining the current set of image parameters
2. Sensor exposure
3. Readout from the sensor
This process is then repeated until the camera is stopped.
