Allows Access to Set, Modify and Clear
Hard Disk User Password
and Master Password.
User Password is mandatory to Enable HDD Security.
If Master password is installed (optional),
it can also be used to unlock the HDD.
If the 'Set User Password' option is hidden,
do power cycle to enable the option again.
