Restarting the Autoprime
To restart the Autoprime, follow the steps below.
Priming the Flow Cell
To prime the flow cell, follow the steps below.
Replace ISE Module Cover
To replace the ISE Module cover, follow the steps below.
Step Action
1Select <OK> in the Maintenance Confirmation window.
2Select <Close> in the Result window.
Step Action
1 Prime the flow cell by selecting:
• Utils from the menu bar,
• <1> Prime,
• MC [F4],
• Prime ISE ALL.
2 Type 15 in the Number of primes to repeat field.
3Select <Start Prime>.
NOTICE
While priming, inspect flow cell for leaks. If any leaks are noticed,
discontinue priming and correct the problem.

CAUTION
Pinching Hazard. When lowering the ISE module, keep fingers clear.
Release the locking pin on the ISE Module and push down on the module
until it locks in place.
2 Install the ISE Module cover over ISE Module and secure it with two
screws.
