Terminals for Relay 2 (12a/12c)
o Mass Counter
Output active when the relay picks up. The relay supplies pulses
(25 ms long) for external electronic
mass counter.
Terminals Relay 3 (14a/14c)
o Tare measurement
o Batch Ready
o Min/Max
Output active when the relay picks up. Depending on the software
configuration, the relay can be used for signaling Tare measure-
ment, Batch Ready or Min/Max.
- Tare measurement :
Relay is energized during tare measurement and the contact is
closed. During tare measurement, RUN appears on the display.
- Batch Ready:
Relay picks up when batch weight is reached. Measurement is
stopped.
- Min/Max:
You can select in the software if the relay picks up when dropping
below (Min) or exceeding (Max) the selected load. Hysteresis ad-
justable.
Connections relay 1 (16a/16c)
o Error alarm
Output active when relay is idle. The relay signals an error.
Digital input 1 (18a/18c)
o Belt stop
o Erase ext. batch
o Batch mode
- Belt stop
With closed contact the measurement is stopped and the last
measured value is held. This function can be used only at constant
belt speed.
- Erase mass integrator
If the input is short-circuited, the mass integrator is reset to 0 t.
(Only in continuous mode).
