9.2 Conversion Kit for Extended Temperature Range
If DuoSeries detectors are operated in the extended temperature range of -40°C to
+ 100°C (with additional water cooling), a conversion kit is required per detector.
The conversion kit includes metal cable glands, which are certified for operation in
the extended temperature range.
When operating in areas with danger of explosion, observe the specific ambient
temperature limits, which are specified in the safety manual / explosion protec-
tion manual, and in the technical information.
