The Other Menu contains modes for power saving and firmware updates, including the
following user options:
Option Description
Sleep
Mode
Determines the length of time that can lapse with no interaction
with the printer before it automatically turns off. The current
session’s information is restored and displayed when any key is
pressed.
Sleep
Timer
Can be set to Off, or to 30 seconds, one minute, three minutes, or
five minutes (time before automatic turnoff).
Version
Download
Mode for downloading firmware. Requires PC connection.
Waiting
Download
Firmware
Message displayed before firmware begins downloading,
indicating printer ready to receive update.
