Prerequisites
Make sure that
– the engine is switched off.
Activating emergency
operation
To activate emergency operation:
a) Move the rotary disc valve from the "Driving mode" position (1) to the
"Emergency operation" position (2).
b) Remove the screw on the wheel brake cylinder and screw the hexagon
head screw (3) (from the toolbox) into the piston rod.
c) Turn the hexagon nut until the piston rod is retracted to the stop.
d) Repeat steps b. and c. on the second wheel brake cylinder.
ð The right and left wheel brake cylinders are unlocked.
ð The machine is in emergency operation mode.
3.6 Storing the machine
If the machine will not be used for more than 2 months, store it under the
following conditions:
– Make sure that the attachment is clean. Clean the machine, if necessary.
– Lubricate the grease nipples before storage.
– Do not store outdoors.
– Store in a dry and dust-free location.
– Do not expose to any aggressive substances.
– Protect from direct sunlight.
– Avoid mechanical vibration.
– Storage temperature: -30°C to +50°C
– Fill the fuel preservative into a full petrol tank and run the engine for 3
minutes. Then switch off the engine.
Fuel preservative can be obtained from specialist dealers.
– Connect the charger to the connector in the toolbox. Keep the charger
connected for the entire storage time period.
– Store the battery at room temperature. Before reinstalling the battery
or restarting the machine, check the battery charge level.
