7 Maintenance
7.1 Safety during maintenance work
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Work safely during maintenance work!
Carry out all work in compliance with the safety instructions listed
below:
4 Comply with the regulations listed in the chapter Safety [}21] for all
work on/with the machine.
4 Do not work in any way that could endanger safety.
4 Carry out the work in accordance with the requirements in these
instructions.
4 Comply with the relevant national regulations concerning
occupational safety.
4 Always wear the personal protective equipment required for the
respective tasks.
4 Switch off the machine and secure it against being switched on again
(remove and put away the key) before starting work.
4 Do not stand or work beneath suspended loads!
NOTICE
Environmental hazard from leaking operating materials
Leaking oil and other operating materials can pollute the environment.
4 If environmentally hazardous substances are accidentally released into
the environment, take appropriate measures immediately. In case of
doubt, inform the responsible local authority of the damage.
4 Observe the product data sheets for operating/auxiliary materials.
4 Comply with the regulations concerning environmental protection.
NOTICE
Damage to equipment from incorrect maintenance work
If maintenance work is carried out incorrectly, this can lead to damage
to the machine.
4 Perform maintenance work properly.
4 Observe the maintenance and inspection intervals.
4 Welding work is only permitted after consulting with the
manufacturer.
