7.5.9 Bleeding the hydraulic oil cooler
Personal protective
equipment
Wear the following personal protective equipment when bleeding the
hydraulic oil cooler:
– Chemical-resistant protective gloves
– Safety goggles
Bleeding the hydraulic oil
cooler
To bleed the hydraulic oil cooler:

a) Make sure that the plug (1) of the filling opening on the cooler is
closed.
b) Start the engine and let it run at about 2000 rpm.
c) Turn the plug (1) a quarter to a maximum of half a revolution until oil
without bubbles comes out.
d) Close the plug of the filling opening (1).
e) Use a rag to remove any spilled oil.
7.5.10 Setting parameters
Function
The clutch and steering system must be parametrised
– after a repair
– after a software update
– after installing spare parts
– in case the clutch and/or steering system malfunctions
Activating the paramet-
risation function
To carry out the parametrisation :

a) Press and hold the "Menu" button (1) and the "-" button (2) on the
right grip.
b) Press the "Engine ON/OFF" button.
ð "PARA" is shown on the display.
c) Start the engine.
Setting the clutch
parameters
To set the clutch parameters:

a) Keep the "light ON/OFF" button (1) pressed.
ð The "Tool spanner" display (2) flashes.

b) Move clutch/brake lever (3) several times to both end positions.
ð The values shown on the display should be in the range between 50 and
950.

ð The "Tool spanner" display (4) lights up continuously.
c) Release the "light ON/OFF" button (1).
