4.3 Adjusting the handlebars
WARNING
Risk of injury from tilting the machine!
The machine may be unstable without attachments and tilt when
adjusting the handlebars. If the handlebars are set incorrectly, the
machine may also be unstable and tip over. This may result in serious
injuries.
4 Only adjust the handlebars when the attachment is connected.
4 Make sure that the machine is secure and stable.
4 When driving on a steep slope, move the handlebars to the rear
position.
Prerequisites
Before adjusting the handlebars, make sure that
the machine is secure and stable
the engine is switched off.

The following can be adjusted:
Height,
length and
angle of upper part /control panel.
Adjust the handlebars as follows:
a) Hold the handlebars with one hand.
b) With the other hand, release one of the adjustment levers.
c) Move the handlebars to the desired position.
d) Tighten the adjustment the lever again. For joints (1) and (3), check that
the gearing engages.
NOTE
When adjusting the upper part of the handlebars, make sure that the
eccentric lever is opened by an additional half turn so that the gearing
is free.
