replacing the drum unit?
No Replace the high-voltage power
supply PCB.
NOTE: This problem may disappear after printing approximately 10 pages of completely blank
sheets.
How to clean the pressure roller
Clean the pressure roller as follows;
(1) Set 5 or more sheets of paper in the paper tray.
(2) Press the [Menu], [Start], [▲], [▲], [▲], [▲] keys in this order so that the machine goes into
the maintenance mode.
(3) Press the [6] and [7] keys. The machine starts to print the grid pattern continuously.
(4) When five pages are printed, press the [Stop/Exit] key. The machine returns to the initial stage
of the maintenance mode.
(5) Press the [9] key twice so that the machine returns to the ready status.
