The country code is not entered properly.
■ Error code FA (K)
The black drum unit is not installed.
Error code FB (C)
The cyan drum unit is not installed.
Error code FC (M)
The magenta drum unit is not installed.
Error code FD (Y)
The yellow drum unit is not installed.
This error does not usually occur in the normal use. The conceivable causes are noise around
the installation site, fluctuation of the power supply voltage, and failures in the software.
<User Check>
- Turn OFF the power switch, and turn it ON again after a while.

Step Cause Remedy
1 Power turned OFF while the
function code 74 is being
executed and “PARAMETER
INIT” is being displayed
Re-enter the country code.
